A highlight of our visit was the dynamic paintings of Marcos Anziani. Born in the Dominican Republic, raised in the Bronx, and now working in Connecticut, Anziani’s lyrical abstraction and expressive brushwork evoke emotion, movement, and cultural richness. His bold use of color and energetic forms create a vivid narrative that resonates beyond the canvas.
