CASA PORTOFINO
Imagine a place where the Pacific Ocean seamlessly meets Miami’s sub-tropical sky, creating a breathtaking panorama visible from every corner of this luxurious condo. Casa Portofino is not just a residence; it’s an immersive experience that captures the essence of Miami’s diverse landscapes, from serene water views to sun-kissed sandy beaches and the dynamic city skyline that never sleeps.
CASA SUNRISE
The concept for Casa Sunrise takes inspiration from the graceful rice terraces in Yuanyang County, China. The terraces’ organic forms inspired a sense of movement and harmony infused into the project’s interior spaces. The design aimed to emulate the rice terraces’ natural flow, colors, and tranquility across furnishings, materials, lighting, and architecture.
CASA SUNSET
Casa Sunset began as a decoration project that quickly evolved into a full remodeling venture. Designed during the pandemic, the focus was on home entertainment, working from home and the use of materials that were warm, inviting and textural to compliment the extraordinary views of the Miami skyline.
CASA BAIA
Casa Baia was designed as an homage to modern luxury living. Contrasting wood species adorn most walls to incorporate old world sophistication in a system of contemporary lines that work to conceal the doors to every room. Organic and fluted details as well as a consistent color palette are common elements that travel around the project serving as a backdrop for the carefully curated furnishings selected for this home. The final product, functional as well as elegant spaces that seem suspended in the air while enjoying the breathtaking views of Miami.
CASA ILONA
Casa Ilona embodies a design language rooted in the concepts of volume and neutral sophistication. A gentle and welcoming color palette harmonizes with luxurious organic shapes and textures, infusing the captivating loft with visual intrigue. Strategic touches of burned brass and dark oak disrupt the overall serenity, introducing moments of contrast and depth to the space. The two-story central volume serves as a unifying element, seamlessly connecting every facet of the project and allowing for an immersive experience with the abundance of natural light and breathtaking views of the meticulously landscaped surroundings.
