Guidon Studio will consult with the client to become familiarized with their needs and to materialize the scope of work. Then, our office will study the feasibility of meeting the project’s requirements within the constraints of budget and project location.

schematic design

Based on the pre-design phase, Guidon Studio will prepare preliminary space allocation plans showing partitions, furnishings, and other pertinent planning ideas. Guidon Studio will establish the design concept, including initial references to materials, finishes and furniture.

design development

Guidon Studio will refine the approved schematic design work, so the overall character of the project is captured, offering a solid foundation for the next phases. The drawings, color schemes, samples, furniture selections, and other specifics of the job are presented to the client for final approval.

purchasing of soft goods

Guidon Studio will oversee preparation of purchase orders, payment and tracking of all furnishing selections approved by the client. Storage services can be arranged.

art consulting and décor

Guidon Studio will help the client in the selection, and procurement of art and décor needed to complete the final layer of the project.

installation

Once the construction phase is finished, Guidon Studio will coordinate and install all the furnishings pertaining to the project.
