Drawing inspiration from the picturesque rice terraces of Yuanyang County, China, Casa Sunrise embodies a seamless fusion of movement and harmony within its interior spaces. The design concept artfully captures the natural flow, colors, and serenity of the terraced landscapes, translating these elements into every facet of the home’s interior architecture and décor.

Combining our inspiration from the rice terraces, the artistic expertise of Art & Loom, and our meticulous selection of colors and shapes, we have created a harmonious and visually striking duo of custom rugs. These rugs reflect the beauty found in nature and enhance the overall aesthetic of the living spaces, providing a seamless transition between these two rooms and between the interior and the outside world.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Miami, Casa Baia stands as a testament to the marriage of modern luxury and classical sophistication. With meticulous attention to detail, organic embellishments, and a harmonious color palette, Casa Baia transcends conventional design to create functional yet elegantly suspended spaces that frame the breathtaking views of Miami.

Inspired by the breathtaking rice terraces of Yuanyang County, China, Casa Sunrise embodies a graceful union of movement and tranquility within its interior spaces. The design concept beautifully captures the natural flow, colors, and serenity of these terraced landscapes, seamlessly integrating these elements into every aspect of the home’s interior architecture and décor.

The project began as a decoration project that quickly evolved into a full remodeling venture. The client bought the condo during the pandemic and imported part of his existing furniture inventory from New York. Instead of forcing existing pieces that felt heavy and disproportionate for a Miami Beach Pied-à-Terre, through the power of space planning our team was able to propose a layout that involved appropriate furniture dimensions commanded by the space and the use of each area.

When starting the design process for the Master Bathroom, the client required the space to feel like a spa with a masculine twist. With this in mind, our team decided to create a bathroom open and exposed to the Master Bedroom tearing down the boundaries between the sleeping area and the bathing area to present one master suite experience.
