In our latest high-end residential project, Casa Lighthouse, we have crafted a narrative that combines refined design with the natural beauty of Miami’s coast. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and immersed in the city’s vibrant energy, this luxurious condo showcases bold architecture while honoring the lively geometry and colors of Art Deco.

At the heart of the living area stands the Minotti Freeman Sofa—a striking embodiment of contemporary design. More than a piece of furniture, it functions as a dynamic seating system that fosters both intimate family moments and sophisticated social gatherings. Its modular elements create a soft, enveloping ambiance, while the glossy bronze-painted aluminum base introduces a bold architectural contrast. Refined stitching on the backrests highlights Minotti’s renowned tailoring craftsmanship, further elevating its sculptural silhouette. On the left wing, a leather-clad armrest offers a rich interplay of texture and tone. Anchored on a bold burnt orange chevron rug and paired with the sculptural elegance of Tacchini’s Pastille tables, the Freeman Sofa commands attention—grounding the space with warmth, depth, and modern sophistication.
