Paris Design Week 2025
Paris Design Week 2025

Paris Design Week 2025 will return to the City of Light from September 4 to September 13, 2025, turning Paris into a vibrant showcase of creativity. With over 400 venues hosting designers, architects, decorators, and artists, the city will be transformed into a gallery of ideas. From immersive installations to lively cocktail evenings, this edition promises to capture the spirit of innovation. It will coincide with the globally recognized Maison&Objet Paris, making it one of the most exciting moments of the year for the design world.

For us at Guidon Studio, Paris Design Week is more than just an event; it’s an opportunity to explore how global design trends can shape our lives and enhance our interiors. Each exhibition and workshop offers new perspectives on color, materiality, and spatial storytelling—insights we integrate into our work to create interiors that balance elegance with innovation. This experience serves as a reminder that design is not only about aesthetics but also about reimagining lifestyles and the way we interact with our spaces.

As we celebrate its fourteenth edition, Paris Design Week has become a true dialogue between tradition and the future of living. This September, we look forward to immersing ourselves in the creativity of Paris, connecting with fellow visionaries, and sharing with you the inspirations that will define tomorrow’s interiors. At Guidon Studio, we are excited to translate these global conversations into meaningful, timeless designs for our clients.

Warm Regards,

Guidon Studio

HOME | NEWSLETTER | Spotlight On Casa Baia: The Cocoon Chandelier By Nacho Carbonell

Dear Guidon Studio Community,

In this edition, we are thrilled to highlight a captivating element of our Casa Baia project that embodies the intersection of art and design. Specifically, we focus on the Cocoon Chandelier by renowned artist Nacho Carbonel.

The Cocoon Chandelier is part of Carbonell’s ‘Light Mesh’ collection, featuring new lamp sculptures from his Cocoon series. These pieces are crafted using a unique form of plaster incorporating sand and textile hardener and set around a steel frame. The organic-shaped, semi-transparent cocoons are fitted with a loosely structured sand-colored mesh, creating a warm, natural light that diffuses through the material.

In Casa Baia’s primary bedroom, Nacho Carbonell’s Cocoon Chandelier serves as a striking focal point, illuminating the room while infusing it with a sense of wonder and creativity. Carbonell, known for his tactile approach to sculpture, plays with textures, experimental techniques, and natural materials. His work has earned international acclaim, including a Beazley Design of the Year nomination and being named a Designer of the Future at Design Miami/ Basel.

We invite you to explore the beauty and elegance of our Casa Baia project. Thank you for being part of our community, where we celebrate the artistry and innovation that enrich our lives and spaces.

Warm regards,

Guidon Studio Team
