Alcova Miami returns to the historic Miami River Inn, transforming the city’s oldest hotel into a thoughtful design destination. Nestled among pastel-colored mansions from 1908 and lush tropical gardens, the venue provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Miami Art Week. It serves as an oasis where over 40 international designers—including Objects of Common Interest, AB+AC Architects, Vincent Laine, Dace Suna, Seamlessnote, LCD Textile Edition, Esto, Laufen x Roberto Sironi, Ombia Studio, Palaty Gallery, Franck Genser x Tonester, and Evan Fay Furniture—showcase installations that respond meaningfully to the inn’s unique character.
In addition to the exhibitions, there will be a daily program of design talks curated by Space Caviar and Studio Vedèt. These discussions will take place within Haworth x Patricia Urquiola’s “Garden Game” installation, creating an opportunity for deeper dialogue on materiality, cultural context, and the evolving landscape of contemporary design.
