Nestled in Miami Beach’s SoFi District, this coastal residence was thoughtfully crafted to reflect its spectacular surroundings, from sweeping ocean vistas to the dynamic city skyline.

Drawing inspiration from Miami’s iconic Art Deco heritage, the interiors feature Brazilian walnut panels, custom shelving solutions, and book-matched Amalfi Blanco marble—all selected to bring warmth, depth, and movement to the space. The furnishings—sourced from Minotti, Holly Hunt, Tacchini, and Roche Bobois—pair seamlessly with commissioned artworks by Theo Pinto, creating a layered, elegant, and modern atmosphere. Every material and object was chosen to enhance the natural flow between the home’s interior and exterior environments.
