Our commission and referral strategy rewards those who bring us business, no matter who you are. We have established a commission system that rewards each individual equally. Guidelines

Once the referred business has signed a contract with Guidon Studio, Inc and Guidon Studio Procurement, LLC, we will pay the commission.
The commission amount will be $5,000, paid by Guidon Studio, Inc.
For projects with an extraordinary scope of work, commissions will increase via a case-by-case scenario and must be discussed beforehand with Guidon Studio, Inc.
Guidon Studio, Inc and Guidon Studio Procurement, LLC will not pay referral fees for business generated through our public relations, social media, advertising, and/or marketing efforts.
Guidon Studio, Inc must receive a valid W-8 or W-9 from each participant to provide them with a commission after a signed contract occurs with Guidon Studio, Inc and Guidon Studio Procurement, LLC. Without a W-8, W-9, or valid tax form, Guidon Studio, Inc won’t be able to pay the commission.
Once tax season arrives, W-9 referrers will receive a 1099 form, while W-8 referrers will receive a statement payment. This commission amount counts as additional income on the taxes for the year. Referrers are responsible for paying any federal and state taxes that apply.
For referrals from individuals outside the U.S., Guidon Studio, Inc will provide payment strictly to U.S.-based or U.S. territory bank accounts.
Commissions will be paid within 30 to 60 days of the referred business signing a contract with Guidon Studio, Inc and Guidon Studio Procurement, LLC, and will make payments through wire transfer or checks.
Signed contracts terminated by either party within the first 30 days of execution will be voided and the referral fee will not be paid to the referee.
This commission and referral strategy may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of Guidon Studio, Inc and Guidon Studio Procurement, LLC.
The contact information of our referrer and the lead should be strictly submitted using the form located on our website.
Should Guidon Studio, Inc receive a lead that was previously submitted by another individual, the commission will be paid on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Guidon Studio, Inc reserves the right to decide which leads to pursue from those submitted via the referral program.
