We’ve just returned from an inspiring and vibrant weekend at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF), held at the Javits Center in New York City from May 18 to 20. As North America’s leading platform for contemporary furniture design, ICFF continues to impress with its global reach, focus on sustainability, and emphasis on original design. Featuring over 450 brands from more than 35 countries, the fair showcased a dynamic range of products across furniture, lighting, textiles, wallcoverings, and more. The theme, “Designing in Harmony”, strongly aligns with our values at Guidon Studio, emphasizing inclusive, human-centered design on a global scale.

We explored a wide array of innovative designs and connected with industry peers from around the world. Among the standout exhibitors were Ethnicraft, Bernhardt Design, Tala, Juniper, and JD Staron, each offering fresh perspectives and creative solutions that sparked inspiration. The ICFF Talks added depth to the experience, with engaging keynotes and panels led by thought leaders across various design disciplines, covering topics from emerging materials to evolving trends in residential and hospitality design.

What makes ICFF truly unique is not only the caliber of its exhibitors but also the energy of its community. From spontaneous conversations on the show floor to curated networking events in the evenings, the fair was a true celebration of design culture and collaboration. At Guidon Studio, we return from ICFF 2025 with a renewed vision, exciting ideas, and a deep appreciation for the design dialogue shaping our industry today. We look forward to sharing more of what inspired us with you in the coming weeks.

Warm Regards,

Guidon Studio
